PREMIER BEACHSIDE DEVELOPMENT SOLA AT PICO DE LORO COVE BREAKS GROUND

Costa Del Hamilo Inc. (CDHI), developer of SM Prime’s premium beach resort communities, held a groundbreaking event last July 5 for Sola at Pico De Loro Cove—its first horizontal real estate project in the luxury seaside sanctuary of Hamilo Coast in Nasugbu, Batangas.

The ceremony—which was attended by CDHI’s top executives, along with accredited contractors—formally kickedoff the construction of Sola at Pico De Loro Cove, a private coastal community that was launched in March 2021 and was 95 percent sold out only three months after.

The chief officer of the SM Leisure Resort Residences Group, executive vice president Shirley C. Ong said “this groundbreaking event is a step closer to realizing our vision of establishing a complete premier beach resort community.”

Sola is the newest development to be integrated into Pico De Loro Cove’s masterplan, which currently includes a hotel, beach and country club, as well as mid-rise residential buildings. Lots on offer have sizes ranging from 300 to 436 sqm.

Sola has allocated 40 perliver cent of the development for open spaces which include three themed Central Parks, kids play areas, meditation zones and a 500+ meter bike lane encircling the subdivision’s amenity core. These amenities are sure to attract the premium market of residential buyers and investors looking for high quality properties. The 2.7-ha residential development is targeted for turnover by end 2023.

With CDHI management and contractors in attendance during the event, Ong further motivated the team by saying, “Let us all work harder to dea seaside sanctuary which provides an unrivaled beach resort experience that nurtures a healthier well-being and quality of life. Let us also look ahead, knowing that things will eventually be OK and that we need to continue to persevere and work towards a brighter future.”

With Sola at Pico De Loro Cove, Hamilo Coast continues to expand its properties offering high class amenities and design to the most discerning of clients. The development seeks to redefine the primary living space

with its curated setting in a seaside location alongside modern-day amenities and services.

Sola is strategically located just 90 minutes away from the metro. The development calls to mind a modern tropical community buffered by lush trees and greens.
