Dubbed as “Your Host in the South,” the hotel was given by an inter-agency group the Safety Seal certification for its use or integration of the national contact tracing app, StaySafe.ph.

It was also accorded the WTTC Safe Travels stamp to help travelers identify businesses and destinations

which have adopted its standardized global health and hygiene measures, the first of its kind in the world designed to address the COVID-19 pandemic issues.

A recipient of the 2021 Agoda Customer Review Award, bai Hotel Cebu has been implementing safety protocols such as wearing of face masks and face shields, physical distancing, frequent handwashing, use of thermal scanners and disinfectants, use of UV lights to disinfect bags and guests, no contact payments, and health declarations via StaySafe.ph.

Its dining outlets, Cafe Corazon, Wallstreet Coffee + Bar, Lobby Lounge, and Pool Bar, have installed acrylic glass barriers and are limiting entry of guests to ensure physical

distancing. Customers can avail of 20-percent discount on regular food and beverages at the restaurants by presenting their vaccination cards.

The hotel’s banquets are equipped with High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters which remove air impurities. It has also implemented enhanced training and safety measures for food preparation and handling.

Thorough sanitation of the guest rooms is done daily, and a digitized menu accessible through a QR code is placed to ensure contactless delivery of service.

A chic four-star business and culinary destination in the Visayas, it is a member of the prestigious Worldhotels Collection, a global family of the finest curated independent hotels and resorts.

It takes pride in its eight dining outlets, a panoramic roof deck pool and bar, elegant common areas, and

668 well-appointed and spacious guest rooms which have a secure access control system.
