POISED TO RIDE THE WAVE OF RECOVERY

FATIMA OLIVARES-VITAL President Ovialand Inc.

We’re in the business of mass housing, dealing with multiple clients at any given time. Despite this, we must embrace the fact that each client is not just a name but a person— part of a family with dreams and aspirations of homeownership.

For us at Ovialand, we strive to understand our clients’ every concern, and focus on being a collaborative partner rather than a bureaucratic corporation.

Inclusive

To ensure steady recovery, the continued developments and improvements in infrastructure are needed. This will allow our projects to be more inclusive, while at the same time, it will help open up trade in more areas, ensuring that resources and materials will be made available for all.

We are, however, anticipating scarcity with our materials, but we are still hoping that this will not translate into steep price increases.

For 2022, Ovialand will be establishing new areas of operations and opening developments outside Southern Luzon. Expansion is going to be our theme for next year. Our organization has been preparing for the country’s economic recovery and we are ready to roll up our sleeves and get this party started!
