ENSURING RELEVANCE THROUGH INNOVATION

such as “How much do I need to be able to buy my first home?” “Should I get a condo unit or build a house from scratch?” and “What documents do I need to prepare when buying my first home?” will be answered.

VIBER COMMUNITY AND STICKER PACK

During the course of the pandemic, the section teamed up with Megamobile Inc. and launched the Inquirer Property Viber Community so that subscribers can get up-to-the-minute news and trends on both local and international real estate scenes.

Since almost everyone started doing everything from the safety of their homes—working, studying, relaxing, staying fit, engaging in hobbies—the creation of this Viber community couldn’t have come at a better time, as it also offered do-it-yourself and easyto-follow design tips, home kitchen hacks, even secrets on how to be a blooming “plantita.”

In addition, Inquirer Property came up with a Viber sticker pack, featuring none other than Philippine Daily Inquirer’s beloved Guyito.

Illustrated by Megamobile creative artist Katrice Elaisa Naval, the stickers are designed to make checking in on family and friends fun, thoughtful, and conversational.

WEBINARS, PARTNERSHIPS

Further boosting its presence online, Inquirer Property hosted over a dozen webinars in 2021 alone.

“INQlusive: The Inquirer Webinar Series” tackled a variety of interesting real estate topics. It shone the spotlight on the country’s new growth centers, discussed which properties are viable and promising investments despite the pandemic, and enlightened the public on real estate investment trusts, among others.

Inquirer Property partnered with various organizations in producing these INQclusives as well. Avida Land, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, has teamed up with the section as its exclusive print partner in its most recent Homepossible Live virtual event, “Avida Homepossible: Investing is your perfect ‘Mine.’” It also zoomed in on millennials and members of Gen Z in an earlier webinar, “Add to Cart,” which took a peek into the minds of these next generation buyers.

The section was the initial media partner of ViCon, the Villar Group’s first and largest virtual property expo. The pioneering event showcased the real estate developer’s portfolio, from premium brands to affordable and low-cost offerings.
